Kath has studied yoga in Australia and in Indonesia with many teachers, however she found that her greatest teacher was her own body and its innate wisdom.  Kath integrates the studies of vinyasa, ashtanga, iyengar, tantra, kundalini, ayurveda, chi gong, mantra, Balinese movement meditation, ecstatic dance and reiki into the balanced art of flow yoga. Kath is the author of the life transforming DVDs: Flow Yoga for Freedom, Strength and Peace and Flow Yoga for Beautiful Bellies, Birth and Beyond.  Kath is a prenatal yoga guru with a passion for teaching birth power. She is a devoted loving mother to Oceana Rose with whom she birthed naturally at home in harmony. She is a passionate environmentalist, surfer and vegan and lives in tune with nature, allowing the universal energy to flow. Jesse Marsh Born in the yoga meca of Byron Bay, Australia, Jesse Marsh was destined to follow the pranic path. With a Bowen Therapist as a mother and a Naturopath as a father, Jesse learnt about holistic healing early on and has made it her life’s purpose to use her inherent knowledge to help others. Jesse is a qualified Personal Trainer and has studied extensively in the fields of health and nutrition. Jesse found yoga as a way of enhancing her surfing abilities and bringing balance to her very physically demanding lifestyle. Jesse has surfed some of the best waves in Indonesia and knows the Lembongan reefs like the back of her hand. “Surfing is my meditation, which brings me such a blissful feeling. It is my goal to share the magical oneness you can experience, when gliding totally free with the ocean waves”.
