Raw Vegan Black Forest mousse

So easy, healthy and scrumptious!

Soak 1 cup of pitted dates

Blend dates and 1/4 cup cacao powder with 1 can of organic coconut cream

Add 1/4 cup dry chia seed and blend till smooth

Pour into serving dish and decorate with cherries, cacao nibs, raspberries and activated almonds.

Savour every mouthful mmmmmmmm
